Katie Dolgin- Managing Partner

Katie Dolgin is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Found People Inc—the most respected boutique search firm in the burgeoning internet, ecommerce, digital media anf Financial Services community. Prior to a career in search, Katie spent twelve years in management consulting in San Francisco, South Africa and Toronto. She moved into search in 2006, and due to her successful track record as a strategy executive in business, she is a sought-after advisor to venture firms, digital companies and entrepreneurs in Toronto’s thriving internet metropolis. As a leading contingency executive search professional, she provides counsel on topics ranging from executive selection, compensation and high performance leadership to high-growth companies.

Katie attended McGill University, where she earned a degree in Mathematics and Anthropology. After graduation, she worked in litigation consulting, writing expert testimony for multi-million dollar proceedings. Wanting to increase her involvement in the business strategy sector, Katie joined the ranks of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a management consultant. She understands business on a global scale, as she worked with various Fortune 500 companies in The United States, and South Africa. Katie then spent time at Agency.com, an Internet consulting group, where she ran a strategy department during the peak of the initial dotcom boom.

Taking both qualifications and personalities into account, Katie is a natural when it comes to positioning job placements. Her aim has always been to help companies find solutions to individual hiring challenges, and working tirelessly to put each client and candidate on the fast track to achieving their goals.

Jack Ponte- Managing Partner

Jack Ponte is the co-founder, partner and operations manager of Found People Inc. With over 20 years of experience in business and marketing, Jack has always been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a unique ability to motivate others. From a young age, Jack ran a successful property management service; then went ahead to earn a degree in International Business and Marketing from George Brown College. After graduating, Jack worked as a technical recruiter for a year and a half until he founded his own consultancy firm, Bullseye! Human Capital Solutions.

Wanting to take on greater challenges with a new brand, Jack established Found People Inc. in September 2011 – and he hasn’t looked back since. Within the first few years, Jack quickly cultivated a renowned status for Found People within the Toronto tech community. His ability to meet the specific needs of each individual organization, across a variety of verticals, has garnered Jack a reputation among colleagues and clients for being a trusted resource for excellent CIO, CTO and senior-level placements. He’s built some of the best technical teams in the industry with an incredible aptitude for sourcing top talent and fearlessly negotiating for his client’s best interest.

Lindsay Fleischer – Senior Consultant

Lindsay has been part of the Found People team since spring 2016, after spending two years working in Business Development, and HR at a start-up in Toronto. As a Senior Consultant, she specializes in recruiting business-facing professionals, like Digital Directors, UX/Designers, Product Managers, and SEO/SEM Managers. Her tenacious attention-to-detail, honest feedback and inquisitive nature, is just part of the reason why she boasts an incredibly high success rate in her placements.

She gains a thorough understanding of her client’s needs by asking the right questions, presenting the right opportunities and coming up with creative solutions. Her persistent and relentless pursuit in the thrill of finding the ideal person for the right opportunity is what fuels her passion for recruitment.

In her free time, Lindsay loves to travel, try new restaurants, and plan home renovations.

Ayhan Isaacs – Senior Consultant

Ayhan has done many things over past few years and held different job titles. Majority of his career was spent working in small businesses and/or early stage startups, and has always worn many hats. He is obsessed with anything digital and interested to see how technology transforms various industries.

With Ayhan’s headstrong, results-driven attitude, he took the initiative to reach out to Found People in February 2017, and has since made many successful placements in technology, web development, project management and senior-level positions. As an avid technology enthusiast and self-proclaimed “geek”, Dmitri’s always passes his expert knowledge of digital operations on to his clients. He’s built an extensive roster of committed clients by handling placements with the utmost professionalism and commitment to customer service. Ayhan intuitively understands what it takes to help his clients build successful teams and consistently aims to uncover the core needs of his clients and candidates.

In his freetime, Ayhan does workshops and webinars for Canadian immigrants/ newcomers to help them with their professional transition.

Naeff Waqar – Head of Financial Services Recruiting

Naeff joined Found People in June 2017 to head their Financial Services Recruiting Practice. With over 12 years experience in banking and finance, Naeff made the transition into Financial Services Recruitment this summer when he was looking for a lifestyle change, but still wanting to keep a foot in the finance industry. Naeff has extensive professional experience with people management in the Capital Markets Operations space. At BMO, he managed the Institutional and Wealth Management teams in the Asset Servicing space while at Deutsche Bank, he led the US Fixed Income Settlements team.  His strong industry experience coupled with his personable demeanor and headstrong attitude is what makes Naeff an inherently skilled recruiter. 

 With his strong financial/banking background, Naeff has made several successful placements in finance-inclined roles, such as: Private Wealth Managers, Senior Fixed Income Traders, and various Analysts. Naeff’s clients recognize him as a reliable source of information and insight, serving as a testament to the breadth of ideas and tools he uses to reach his client’s objectives.

In his free time, Naeff loves entertaining friends, cooking, and getting ready for a new baby!
