Account Manager (Digital)

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to provide the highest level of customer service to our advertising customers.

Responsibilities
Grow revenue of managed accounts and agencies
Partner with sales/business development teams to drive critical advertising initiatives through to delivery
Drive strategic advertising conversations with media agencies and brand focused marketers and support clients on implementation of new tools and products
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (i.e. facilitating plans & recommendations from such teams as product, marketing and customer solutions through to implementation)
Help to drive team strategy, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives
Identify trends to enhance the customer support process and improve team efficiency
Set and maintain goals with clients and sellers for all advertising objectives (brand, audience and performance)
Optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Gather client feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

Requirements
5+ years agency experience in client facing role
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite/ Power Point or keynote and salesforce
Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, self-motivated, team-oriented
Exceptional client management, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage time and projects, even under high-pressure situations
Deep knowledge of online marketing and social media
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Minimal travel required
