Ad Ops Specialist


The Ad Operations Specialist will work closely with internal media teams and external publishers to ensure creative assets are trafficked, launched and tracked flawlessly. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, deadline driven, detail oriented and exceptionally organized. He or she must possess the ability to multi-task and possess a solid understanding of online advertising, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Implement campaigns which includes assigning creative to media placements and setting up all tracking requirements
Review media request forms to ensure accuracy and details of campaigns
Develop measurement solutions for online advertising campaigns
QA ad units prior to trafficking to sites, including assuring site specs are met, clickthroughs work properly, common browsers tested etc.
Provide testing tags, guidance and assistance to publisher sites
Work with production team and publishers to solve issues quickly & effectively
Liaise with media team to ensure campaign delivery is meeting all requirements
Follow up with publishers to make future campaigns successful


2-4yrs experience in online advertising
Min. 1yr experience in online trafficking
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skill
Communicate effectively & persuasively to a range of internal & external stakeholders
Comfortable learning and using new advertising technologies.
